At Joviality, we are on a mission to redefine beauty through safe, effective, and natural products. As we expand our B2B channel, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our presence across pharmacies, clinics, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients (pharmacies, dermatology clinics, distributors, beauty retailers).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present Joviality’s product range and ensure proper brand positioning across all partner locations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store activations, promotions, and visibility plans.
- Monitor market trends, activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper stock levels and follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in cosmetics or cosmeceutical sales (pharmacy channel experience is a strong plus).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of the Egyptian market, especially pharmacy and beauty retail sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
