We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Media Buyer to join our team. The Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on driving performance and delivering measurable outcomes for brand. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Display Advertising, and other relevant platforms.
● Utilize advanced targeting capabilities and audience segmentation strategies to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
● Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives and KPIs, such as sales, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
● Conduct thorough campaign analysis and performance monitoring, utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
● Implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and targeting parameters to improve campaign performance.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of advertising strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on performance marketing and direct response advertising.
● Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Excel) to track and measure campaign performance.
● Excellent communication skills
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
● Google Ads certification and oth-er relevant certifications are a plus.
