Lead Joviality’s brand launch across the GCC. This role owns the development and execution of brand strategy, driving awareness and e-commerce growth through integrated campaigns, digital activations, and offline experiences. The Brand Manager will act as the bridge between brand vision and commercial growth, ensuring Joviality resonates with GCC women in a culturally relevant way.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution:
- Localize and execute Joviality’s brand strategy for GCC markets, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
- Own annual and quarterly brand calendars covering launches, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across e-commerce, social, retail, PR, and influencer channels.
Campaigns & Creative
- Develop campaigns (digital, social, influencer, retail activations, PR) that drive brand love and e-commerce sales.
- Brief and manage agencies, freelancers, or in-house creatives for campaign execution.
- Ensure assets meet brand guidelines while adapting tone, visuals, and messaging for GCC audiences.
E-commerce & Digital
- Partner with the performance team to align brand campaigns with e-commerce sales targets.
- Own the creative direction of website, Amazon/Noon stores, and other e-commerce platforms for GCC.
- Monitor online customer journey and recommend improvements for higher conversion.
Offline & Partnerships
- Oversee brand presence in retail stores, events, and activations across the GCC.
- Identify and drive brand-building partnerships (influencers, events, lifestyle collaborations).
- Support business development with brand input when needed (e.g., retail negotiations, corporate deals).
Budget & Planning
- Own and manage brand budgets with approval from leadership.
- Track ROI of campaigns and activations, ensuring brand spend ties back to awareness and e-commerce growth.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in brand management, with proven GCC e-commerce experience. FMCG/beauty/lifestyle sector preferred.
Skills:
- Strong campaign management, digital-first mindset, e-commerce expertise, ability to balance creative vision with commercial impact.
- Languages: Fluent Arabic & English; GCC dialect fluency and cultural insight are essential.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and culturally attuned.
