We're looking for a talented Assistant Brand Manager to join our Offline & In-store Marketing Team.

Job Description:

1-  Retail Sales & Store Experience

·      Lead offline brand strategy to increase traffic, engagement & achieve sales targets across Joviality stores.

·      Optimize the customer journey in-store through visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and brand-consistent displays.

·      Collaborate closely with the retail sales team to design and execute in-market promotions that boost conversion.

·       Ensure brand identity is consistently represented in impactful visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and packaging.

2- Partner Stores & POSM

·      Develop and deploy POSM strategies in hypermarkets, pharmacies, and partner retail stores (FSUs, countertop displays, stands, gondolas, shelf branding).

·      Ensure all executions are brand-aligned, impactful, and maximize visibility to drive sell-out.

·      Monitor performance and continuously improve execution to strengthen Joviality’s presence in partner channels.

3- Offline Marketing & Brand Activations

·      Develop and manage on-ground brand activations, events, and sampling programs that bring Joviality’s values to life and generate measurable impact on traffic and sales.

·      Create compelling marketing materials and offline collateral (brochures, kits, stands, gifting elements) that reflect our brand identity and storytelling.

·      Integrate offline events and activations into Brand Master Plan, ensuring they generate buzz and translate into awareness, loyalty, and sales.

·      Monitor offline campaign effectiveness, in-store performance, and customer engagement through KPIs such as footfall, sales uplift, and brand visibility.


Job Requirements:

·      3-5 years of experience in brand, retail, or trade marketing (beauty/FMCG is a plus).

·      Proven track record in driving offline sales growth through retail marketing, POSM, and activations.

·      Strong eye for visuals and experience managing creative production with excellence.
