The Brand Manager at Joviality will own the brand strategy and execution from concept to market. This role will lead product launches, drive brand awareness, and deliver measurable growth by implementing impactful marketing strategies in-store offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute Joviality’s Annual Brand Master Plan.
- Create and implement brand growth strategies that drive sales and market share.
- Own the brand's promotion & pricing strategy.
- Monitor beauty and hair care trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
- Lead on brand offline executions through retail, in-store & on-ground activations.
Product Development & Launches
- Lead the full lifecycle of new product launches—from concept ideation to market release.
- Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful launches.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales performance and KPIs, recommending actionable growth opportunities.
- Deliver monthly brand performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
Sales & Business Development
- Partner with the sales team to develop in-market promotions and impactful sales materials.
- Lead negotiations and close profitable deals with trade partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5- 7 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role within beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, product launches, and offline marketing
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
