Stay home & self care

Stay home & self care

Selfcare is important for your mind, body, and soul. Especially in difficult times like these, sometimes we get too caught up in our class assignments, work schedule, and with our kids that we forget to take care of ourselves as well.

Selfcare is important in order to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself and those around you as it produces endorphins that make you feel happy and boosts your confidence.

Spending time to care for your skin, hair, and body is actually a way to de-stress. Symptoms of stress are different for each person, but common symptoms include hair thinning and hair loss, acne, dry skin, or dark circles around the eyes, and more. Self-care to de-stress and glow again.

This is a friendly reminder to all you busy-bees out there to start putting yourself first. Since we’re staying home and staying safe, this is the perfect time to get started.

Things to try to stay pretty and happy:

  • Exfoliate your skin

Get rid of any unwanted dead skin cells and brighten dark knees and elbows. Try our Dead sea salt scrubs. Dead Sea salt is rich with minerals that increase blood flow to skin and help rejuvenate it. Try it in one of our 4 different natural scents

  • Soak yourself in a bubble bath

Bring a set of speakers into the bathroom with you and relax with your favorite music
