Steps to follow:
Firstly, make sure there’s no excess lipstick or germs on or around your lips before moving onto the next step. You can cleanse the lips using a wet wipe or a make-up removing wash and some cotton.
Dampen your lips with some water and, using our Sweet Strawberry Lip Scrub, massage the scrub into your lips in a circular motion. The Vitamin E and oils in the scrub will give you super soft lips, especially if used 1-2 times a week.
Proceed by using a natural lip balm to moisturize your lips. Our Sweet Strawberry Lip Balm, made of shea butter and coconut oil will seal the vitamins from the exfoliation, and the coconut oil will seep into the lips making giving them the shine they need.
Daily Tips to care for your lips:
- Drink plenty of water
Less water means less saliva production, therefore, your lips will feel dry. It’s important to drink plenty of water for your lips to feel soft and supple.
- Healthy food
Eating healthy foods is an obvious one. Fruits and vegetables and other vitamin enriched foods will enhance your lips, skin, hair, muscles, etc… So, it’s a win-win!
- Don’t bite, chew, or lick your lips
Licking your lips to moisten them, in fact, makes them drier. Dry lips eventually lead to chapped and peeling lips, which will inhibit you to bite them. It’s a vicious cycle that can only be stopped with will-power and determination.
- Apply lip balm at the right times
It is recommended to apply lip-balm when you wake up, after eating or drinking, right after bathing, and right before you go to bed.
