Role Objective

We’re looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to lead Joviality’s sales growth across all channels — retail stores, B2B accounts, and online B2C. This role is for a growth-driven leader who thrives in fast-moving consumer industries and has a proven record in retail expansion, team leadership, and sales performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets across Egypt and the GCC.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team (retail, B2B, and customer service) toward achieving targets and delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive retail expansion by scouting new store locations, negotiating with malls, and planning new branch openings.
  • Expand B2B partnerships (pharmacies, distributors, beauty retailers, hotels/spas) and secure new accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design trade promotions, bundles, and campaigns that increase footfall and conversion.
  • Oversee sales budgets, pricing strategies, and sell-out performance reporting.
  • Build a data-driven sales culture with clear KPIs, targets, and accountability.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory, and cash collection.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven record in growing sales across retail and B2B channels.
  • Preferred Background: beauty, cosmo-ceutical, FMCG, or retail companies
  • Experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care, or FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills — can close deals and open new markets.
  • Demonstrated success in retail network expansion (opening new stores or managing multi-branch sales).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
