We're Hiring a Customer Service Specialist to handle Joviality Customer's experience. If you love engaging with people, consulting them on the right products to use & guide them through their shopping experience, this role is for you.
What you will do:
· Helping customers get the best experience for each product they decide to try. This includes giving them the full description of the product and handling their concerns and questions then receiving the order.
· Monitoring social media interactions, answering all comments, messages that has to do with the products
· Monitor the order processing procedure, receiving orders, fulfilling orders, preparing orders to be shipped and following up with the shipping agencies to assure the delivery of the orders at the right time with the right conditions
· Maintaining and excellent after sale service regarding any positive or negative feedback
· Keep customers updated with new products and new offers
· Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
· Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction - Preparing and submitting customer complaint reports
· Replying on customer phone calls
· Preparing and updating FAQ on a regular basis
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
