Joviality is looking for an assistant Sales and Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- Supervises and guides the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets. Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Achieves monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
- Develops and executes a strategy for discovering and securing new business opportunities either locally, regionally, or internationally.
- Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the company.
- Plans and prepares presentations and reports.
- Evaluates, determines, and realizes quarterly business growth goals.
- Closes new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.
- Regular Follow up with existing clients to ensure consistency and growth in deals and partnership
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure fulfillment of purchase orders made by clients.
- Visits outlets to maintain good display and ensure guidelines being followed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
